I am always transparent to clients and candidates during the process. Feedback is constructive.

On a regular basis I consult with the client about testing the needs of the client and the progress of the assignment. Stakeholders are informed about relevant developments.

I pay constant attention to the quality of the recruitment process.

As a recruitment professional, I make sure that I have (or use) the right knowledge and skills to be able to perform my assignment properly.

As a recruitment professional, I continuously research and follow the (technical) developments in the labor market and I am constantly developing my knowledge and skills.

As a recruitment professional I am empathetic, transparent and solution-oriented.
