During the development of the Recruitment Academy (in collaboration with people from the "Recruiters Guild"), the slogan "#RECRUITMENT IS A PROFESSION" came about. A slogan that I still support and that I now put online with #recruitmentiseenvak in cases that give content interpretation to the recruitment profession. The Recruitment Academy is now part of the Academy for Labor Market Communication. Together with Ronald van Driel, I later developed the Online training Strategic Recruitment (via StudyTube) (which can still be followed).
